It's always good!
I like this oil - it's healthy, good for sauteing and I also use it in baking when oil is called for. It's generally mild tasting, although occasionally it has a slightly more robust taste. It's rather like olive oil in that regard I think. I do miss the herb infused oil versions though - the onion-basil was my favorite. You know, it was even good for popping corn with - created a nice flavor.
