I love camelina oil!
I love this oil in my salads and also on my skin. It smells wonderful and is lovely on the skin.
A light, subtle flavour with hints of asparagus and a gentle nuttiness. The oil best complements root vegetables and gamey meats including elk, bison, lamb and duck, but the possibilities and combinations are truly endless.

It's phenomenal that such a smooth tasting oil is just what your diet needs. I am slowly getting my friends hooked on the goodness that both the Camelina Oil product contains and the good integrity of the Three Farmers mid-west team. We made Moussaka using Camelina oil to directly replace olive oil. That was a win-win. We also made a Pineapple-Shrimp Thai Curry using Camelina oil to directly replace the canola oil. I like this oil - it's healthy, good for sauteing and I also use it in baking when oil is called for. It's generally mild tasting, although occasionally it has a slightly more robust taste. It's rather like olive oil in that regard I think. I do miss the herb infused oil versions though - the onion-basil was my favorite. You know, it was even good for popping corn with - created a nice flavor.
