Two Spring Camelina Salad Dressings

Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Three Farmers Original Camelina Oil
  • 1/3 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsps Dijon Mustard
  • 1/3 Cup Maple Syrup
  • ½ Tbsp Basil
  • 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until fully combined
  2. Serve on top of your favorite greens and enjoy.
  3. Store left over dressing in the fridge.

Honey Mustard Yogurt Dressing - Makes 1 cup

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup Three Farmers Camelina Oil
  • ¼ cup grainy dijon mustard
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp cider vinegar
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Instructions:

Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl and Serve.
