This simple but healthy super smoothie is the perfect way to brighten your morning plus a great way to get your Omega-3!
- 1 Banana
- 1/2 cup Yogurt (any flavour)
- 1/2 cup Pineapple
- 1/3 cup Raspberries
- 1/4 cup Orange juice
- 1 tbsp Three Farmers Camelina Oil (rich in Omegas and vitamin E)
Throw all these ingredients in your blender and blend until you have the consistency you want.
